Contract based work is never guaranteed and project availability depends on a multitude of factors - demand, specialization, and language needs. Being accepted onto the Meridial marketplace gives you the opportunity to browse available projects, but it does not guarantee engagement of your services.

Yes. As an independent contractor, you decide what projects you’d like to engage with. All project invitations include details about scope and fees and the ability to accept or decline.
