Your profile is reviewed against current project needs. If there's a potential match, we'll contact you with next steps. If there isn't a current match, your profile remains in our network for future opportunities. We don't have a fixed timeline for review, as it depends on project demand.

Access to the Meridial network does not guarantee project engagements. Project availability varies based on client demand, specialization, and language needs. If your expertise aligns with an active project's requirements, you may be invited to participate.

Yes. As an independent contractor, you decide what projects you’d like to engage with. All project invitations include details about scope and fees and the ability to accept or decline.

Fees are determined per project and are outlined before you accept any engagement.

No. Meridial connects independent contractors with AI training projects. You are not an employee of Meridial or Invisible Technologies. 

Current and past projects have spanned legal reasoning, STEM research, software engineering, financial analysis, linguistics and translation, AI safety evaluation, creative writing, and more. Domain coverage evolves based on client project needs.

Project types vary. Contributions may include evaluating AI-generated responses, writing domain-specific prompts, assessing reasoning quality, identifying errors or inconsistencies, or providing expert judgment in specialized fields. Specific details are shared at the time of invitation.

Contractors may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to engaging with specific projects. The nature and details of AI training projects are typically proprietary. Specific requirements are communicated at the project level.

Meridial operates within the compliance infrastructure of Invisible Technologies, which holds SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR certifications. We maintain enterprise-grade data security standards across all projects.
